All orders that various provinces, including the province of Cremona, are shedding or have shed refer to the new Highway Code .

The measures for the regulation of the circulation are issued by local owners, through the competent bodies in accordance with Articles 6 and 7, with reasoned orders and rse to the public in the prescribed signals. Against the orders issued by the regional military command hierarchy of the region is open to appeal to the Minister of Defence.

Article 6 REGULATION OF MOVEMENT from the towns

Ente road owner may, by order under Article. 5, paragraph 3:

a) have, for the time necessary, suspension of the movement of all or certain categories of people for reasons of public safety or delayed for urgent reasons relating to the protection of heritage road or technical requirements;

b) establishing obligations, prohibitions and restrictions on a temporary or permanent for each street or part of it, or for certain categories of users, according to the needs of the service or to the structural characteristics of the roads;

Dalla lettura delle leggi qui sopra riportate risulta evidente che in nessuno degli articoli, o comma citati in the decrees, the Highway Code obligations to issue such orders, but only what's relevant bodies authorized to do so!

Una cosa è certa vista la tempistica dell'ordinanza Cremonese e le difficoltà a reperire "mezzi antisdrucciolevoli": RITIRARE L'ORDINANZA e lavorare seriamente per programmarla a partire dal prossimo inverno crediamo sia la soluzione più ragionevole.
