...chi si dice essere esperto in Qualità, Risk e Incident management, sa chi sono questi "strani tizi" come W. Deming , J. Juran e P. Crosby (tanto per citarne alcuni...)?
...e sa cosa vuol dire Total Quality Management e quant'altro a seguito...??

Mah...io non sono un genio nè una grandissima esperta informatica, anzi in quanto tale non finisco MAI d'imparare, ma questo è ciò che mi appassiona...
