Letter sent to The Province

This letter is in response to the Mayor of Soncino who explains: Federalism and municipalities accounts

We are lucky to have a mayor who knows Soncino listed for Wire and sign federalism. Never mind that it is not federalism, that is quite another thing, but a sort of economic autonomy of the municipalities who operate on-site resources of their territory, because it tells us rather with what was in practice are reflected in all items set out by him.

Nobody ever puts his hands in the pockets of citizens but day days after they become increasingly empty.
There may be that each municipality will manage the proceeds of the taxes paid by its clients but do not see how it could eventually forced not to increase the levy to the citizens themselves.
Does this mean that taxes will decrease due to the State?
Does this mean that as a result of this "federalism" will decrease costs at the central level? And conversely.
Does this mean that the figures will not be increased or bodies of local control with an additional outlay for salary increases and paid employees and retirees of the usual?
If so give us as much as it should essere per non vederci aumentare a dismisura le tasse presenti passate e future ma non ci crediamo; a livello centrale rimarrà lo stesso farraginoso apparato mangia soldi fatto di migliaia di poltrone ed a livello locale si creeranno altri uffici e personale per gestire la nuova autonomia.
All'atto pratico e terra terra tutti ben sappiamo che se di una torta facciamo più fette non se ne mangia di più: la torta rimane sempre quella.. a meno ché non se ne aumentino gli ingredienti.
Come potranno i comuni avere più soldi per gestire la cosa pubblica ed allo stesso tempo lo Stato mantenere se stesso senza che aumenti l'esborso per noi cittadini?
I conti non tornano, c'è qualcosa that escapes.

The student spirit we like but when a mayor speaks as a public official does so as a trustee and representative of all the Soncino as a service in Italy, Lombardia, Cremona, a city of Soncino .. let's leave the student spirit of the carnival parades and the parties of the country!
We, Italian citizens, we need at all levels there are good stewards non granduchi o signorotti vari.
